RETURNS

There are no returns or refunds for change of mind due to the limited stock and rarity of many of the crystals in our Crystal Shop. The majority of our crystals will be final sale. That being said , if there is a problem with your item , please reach out and we will do our best to correct it . Happy Customers make us Happy here at Crystal Essence. Our products are measured approximately and we will always try to be as accurate as possible. Crystals come out of the Earth so they will always have naturally occurring fractures , cracks and inclusions that actually add to their amazing individuality. We take great pride in packaging all of our crystals so we certainly hope that you never receive a damaged item from us. If on the rare occasion that this does occur please contact us and we will do everything we can do to sort out the issue for you.

SHIPPING

We are committed to filling orders 7 days a week although in busy periods please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. We offer Shipping Australia Wide using Australia Post. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number for your piece of mind. If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days after your order has been shipped. Please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to sort out the issue for you. The crystals sold in our online store can be very small and of various shapes, some of which have sharp corners and points. Small crystals can pose a choking hazard to children and due to this we recommend that all crystals are kept out of the reach of children at all times as misuse of some crystals has the potential to cause injury or harm.
