Place all the crystals in this kit on a tray or plate and keep near the entrance of your home, your office, or wherever you spend most of your time. Can be placed at the front back, side, or your main entrance. It can also be placed in any room that requires a little extra protection.
 
How to cleanse negative energy using Sage & Palo Santo
 
One of the easiest and most effective ways to clear and clean out bad energy is by burning sage. Before you start clearing energy out of your house, remember to open your doors or windows so that you do not trap any unwanted energies that you are trying to clear out. These energies need somewhere to go, and having an open pathway will ensure they can get out easily.
 
Before you light up your sage stick, remember, you are lighting something on fire, so making sure you have a heat proof container is important. Abalone shells are great to use because they are easy to hold when walking around and can take the heat created from the burning herbs, although any heat proof container will work just as well.
 
Grab your sage stick as far from the end you are burning as possible. Hold the sage at a 45-degree angle, light the sage stick, let it burn for about 20 seconds, and then gently blow out the flame so that you see orange embers on one end. If the embers start fading, you can gently blow on the end that is lit up to get it going again.
 
Walk around each room, fanning the smoke around the entire space, while focusing on cleansing and clearing out negative energy. Ask the unwanted energy to leave your space, in your mind’s eye as well as voicing it out loud. You can say, "Any energy that is not of my highest and greatest good get out, you are not welcome to stay here, please leave through the open windows or doors."
