SHIPPING POLICY

​$15 flat rate standard shipping Australia wide and Free standard shipping on all orders over $200.

Standard delivery is 3 -5 business days. Your tracking number and confirmation will be emailed to you after your order has been despatched.

$20 Express shipping Australia wide which can be upgraded at checkout. Australia Post guarantee next business day delivery if you post your item within Australia Post's Express Post network on a business day and meet their Express Post service conditions. We offer free delivery within the local Wyndham area or you can pickup your order free of charge. If you chose to pickup your order please wait for your notification email. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number via Australia Post within 1-3 business days of orders being placed.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packed so you can track your delivery online at any time.

Crystal Essence will not be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post in delivering you order.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item. We do not offer change of mind returns. Please read the descriptions carefully as crystals are a natural item and may have small imperfections. These are not defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at crystalessence01@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns will not be accepted without postage tracking included or without requesting a return first.

DAMAGES & ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort out the issue

EXCHANGES


​The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If the item is not packed well and is damaged in the return shipping process due to improper packaging, unfortunately we will need to refuse the refund.
